We care about your comfort, which is why we offer several convenient payment options.
You can choose the method that suits you best — whether it's a secure bank transfer, partial payment upon check-in in cash, or online booking through Airbnb or Expedia.
Payment via bank transfer
Bank transfer payment options:
1. 30% prepayment + 70% upon arrival (in cash)
You pay 30% of the total amount on the day of booking.
The remaining 70% is paid in cash at check-in.
Important: The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
To use this method, simply choose your room below and complete the booking.
Payment details will be provided automatically during the booking process.
2. 30% + 70% in two transfers
You pay 30% on the day of booking.
The remaining 70% is paid via transfer 5 days before arrival.
To use this option, choose a contact method below and write in the message:
"I want to pay in two invoices"
We will send you two invoices.
Important: the deposit is non-refundable.
3. 100% prepayment in one transfer
You pay the full amount of the booking in one transfer.
Cancellation policy:
100% — if canceled 30+ days before arrival
70% — if canceled 15+ days before arrival
30% — if canceled 7+ days before arrival
5% — if canceled 6 days before arrival
0% — if canceled less than 6 days before arrival
To use this option, choose a contact method below and write in the message:
"I want to pay 100%"
We will send you an invoice for payment.
4. Full hotel rental — 50% + 50% payment
For full property rental, payment is made in two parts:
• 50% at the time of booking
• 50% no later than 15 days before arrival
If you book less than 15 days before check-in, the full amount (100%) must be paid at once.
Important: The prepayment is non-refundable.

You can book any of our rooms through Airbnb or Expedia. Booking through these platforms includes the same premium services:

* Please note: prices on Airbnb and Expedia may be 6–20% higher than direct booking rates. Special offers do not apply when booking through these platforms.
